Western blot analysis of Caspase 2 Precursor in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Caspase 2 Precursor Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35599) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Jurkat cells were treated by Staurosporine (1 µM) for 3 hours. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
